TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(RENTAL AGREEMENT)


Responsibilities
The following is LIMOS.US.COM (a Thatcompany.com LLC company) agreement for Transportation Services. This agreement must be acknowledged by the credit card holder or authorizing agent for all transportation services. The credit card holder or authorizing agent acknowledges this agreement and assumes all responsibilities for the actions of all passengers in the vehicle.

Billing
All trips are charged to the customer's credit card, debit card or alternative method of payment. We accept the following cards: American Express, MasterCard, Discover and Visa. All transactions will be charged under the company name LIMOS.US.COM. A fixed gratuity will be charged on all trips. Trips are calculated on the base fare, stop time, tolls, wait time, applicable taxes and possible travel times. All checks that are written to LIMOS.US.COM are subject to a $30.00 return check fee if applicable.

Deposits, Overage Charges and Fuel Charges
All trips will be charged a DEPOSIT for securement of the vehicle. The balance of the trip will be charged the first business day before the event. In the event there is an overage charge or damages to vehicle on the trip, customer will be charged accordingly at the agreed rate on the credit card on file. A 3% surcharge may apply to SUVs.

Cancellations / No Shows / Itinerary Changes
A 'no show' fee equal to the agreed rate price of the trip, plus gratuity, plus applicable wait-time fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.

Cancellations before (72 HOURS) from the pick-up time will result in a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Cancellations within (72 HOURS) of pick-up time will result in a FULL CHARGE OF THE AGREED BOOKING. Any itinerary changes made 24 hours prior to pick-up may or may not be possible and may result in additional charges.

Outsourcing Services
The customer, client and/or contractor acknowledges that we are acting and operating as an outsourcing service only and are not providing the driving service. To this end, we outsource and act as agents on your behalf to find the transportation you require. We act solely as an agent and the customer acknowledges that actual transportation will be provided by a contracted company. Under no circumstances is LIMOS.US.COM responsible for any injuries, accidents or faulty equipment in contractor's vehicle.

Other
Customer's agreed pick-up time starts when vehicle arrives on location. We shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to, weather, road conditions, negligence or breakdowns of contractor's vehicle. Any late arrivals on trips due to those conditions will be credited with the lost time at the end of trip if applicable. Arrival times may vary within 15 minutes of scheduled pick-up time before or after depending on road and traffic conditions. We assume no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in contractor's vehicle. All complaints must be received via e-mail within 72 hours of completion of transportation that was provided for any disputes. We have the right to refuse any business or services.

Rules and Regulations:
  1. NO alcohol consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age.
  2. NO SMOKING inside contractor's vehicle, $100.00 charge per incident, No exceptions.
  3. No eating inside contractor's vehicle, No exceptions.
  4. Clean-up fee of $250.00 for vomiting in or on the contractor's vehicle.
  5. All tolls and parking are not included in rental rate if applicable.
  6. $20.00 per glass for broken or missing glasses in contractor's vehicle.
  7. $100.00 clean up fee for excessive matter in contractor's vehicle.
  8. Customer will be charged damage fees for any damages made to contractor's vehicle.
  9. All unruly persons will be dropped off at the sole discretion of the driver - NO REFUNDS.
  10. No illegal drugs or substance use of any kind. Violation could result in early termination based on drivers discretion - NO REFUNDS.
  11. Client agrees, for his/her party, not to exceed the passenger capacity of contractor's vehicle provided.
  12. Customer agrees that overtime will be billed at the contracted rate after 15 minutes and agrees to pay any overtime charges.
  13. Overages will be billed in 1 hour increments.
  14. Customer agrees that replacement contractor's vehicle may be substituted in the event of any major mechanical issues, contractor's vehicle involved in accident, etc.
  15. We do not guarantee color of contractor's vehicle. We only take requests.
  16. Any upgrades or downgrades on contractor's vehicle must be made within 7 days before booking. If not made before then, an additional deposit may be required.
